Background

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a global health problem with high mortality rates tall one. In 2021, as many as 4.1 million patients infected with TB were undiagnosed due to the effects of overcoming COVID-19 which was a priority at that time. One A significant obstacle that TB patients often experience with examiners is access to diagnostic tools that cause delayed diagnosis, which can affect the period overall appropriate treatment and management.

Routine diagnostic methods such as culture and AFB require complex infrastructure, are at risk of contamination or have low diagnostic sensitivity. For Addressing such diagnostic needs, this study tested three specific classes of tools TB diagnostics, which will also be useful in health center service conditions.
